Tema Smith is the Manager of Membership and Communications for Congregation Darchei Noam, Toronto's only Reconstructionist Synagogue. She is also the Toronto Program Coordinator for Be’chol Lashon, an organization that advocates for the diversity that has characterized the Jewish people throughout history, and through contemporary forces including intermarriage, conversion and adoption. She has also studied as a visiting graduate student at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
